Emmerson transformed this valley gem with a $90K budget retro makeover. Vintage mercury lights, Calcutta marble checkerboard floors, and taupe-colored wallpaper are used to transport diners to a modern 1960's café experience in Italy. He also utilizes a tapered mirror tiled downwards, to visually expand the small space, while it simultaneously serves its purpose to display an impressive wine list.
