This 2,500 square-foot location, which used to be an Asian restaurant with a single door entrance, transformed into a modern & nature-inspired café when Emmerson opened up the space by knocking down the front wall and replacing it with accordion glass doors that allow for synergy between the indoors and outdoors. The earth tones, natural oak tables paired with reproduced Jean Prouve oak chairs, and vintage artwork displaying nature are utilized to accentuate that relationship and highlight an integral part of the Coral Tree brand. The open space design of the café is also reflected in a tinted brown glass widow placed between the cooks and customers to create an interactive kitchen and non-static environment.
